Delivery terms
Caxkishuka.am offers flower delivery services to Yerevan and all regions of Armenia. Once your order is paid, we ensure delivery within Yerevan in just 3 hours or less. For deliveries outside Yerevan, you can easily confirm the timeframe with our online consultant.
If you don’t know the recipient’s exact address, there’s no need to worry. Simply provide us with their phone number, and we’ll contact them to arrange the delivery address and a convenient time.
Flowers are delivered to the recipient only after the order is confirmed and payment is completed, based on the date and time specified by the customer. Please note that delivery delays may occur on public holidays.
By placing an order during holidays (such as February 14, March 7–8, April 7, or other festive dates), the customer agrees to potential delays, which will be communicated by phone or email.
When entering the delivery address, please ensure all details are accurate. Include the apartment number and door code if applicable. For deliveries to institutions such as hotels, hospitals, or offices, kindly specify the name of the facility, floor, room number, and any additional information that might assist with the delivery.
If an incorrect address is provided or the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will return the order to our store. To schedule a second delivery attempt, an additional delivery fee will be required.
